Franz Leisch

Dr. Franz Leisch has been managing director of ELGA GmbH, which is responsible for the implementation of the electronic health record in Austria, since January 2018. He is a medical doctor and a trained software developer. ELGA GmbH is currently implementing the electronic vaccination pass in Austria.
