Kristaps has studied at the leading schools of business and health economics in Europe and has worked with the largest medical technology and pharmaceutical companies. His passions are meaningful data use, patient-centricity and sustainable, economically effective healthcare.

Personal profile: I'm a graduate of the top 5 businessschool in Europe. Simultaneously toacquiring my Masters degree I alsodid a research in the stroke domainfor 2 years to understand the real-life complexities that patients andhealthcare systems face. My degreeand my research led me to start myown business solving therapyaccessibility challenge in chroniccare management.
My work at Vigo has beeninternationally acknowledged by theEuropean Union EIT Health Awardsonly a year after the company'sformation. I'm also a deputychairman of the board of the“Digital Health Cluster Latvia”.
